Whats
with the "Chook Shed" you ask?
Well, it's
where a young Brocky in country Victoria Australia,
produced his first special vehicle.
|
The
good old aussie chook shed once emptied of it's chooks,
was used to store many strange and wonderful things in
the past.
Naturally, it's where
you store all the family's, "odds and ends" and all that
stuff Dad reckons he'll use, "one day"!
So come on in!
Find yourself a pozzie,
blow off the dust, watchout for the redbacks, and make
yourself at home.
You never know what
you'll find in here.
for eg: a
jingle played on 3KY in 1980

To
all those not from 'Down Under' ...
A chook is
a chicken.
A chook shed
is a shed or barn that houses chickens

processors, keys yellowed from constant tirades burn bright in the
eyes of many. That’s not how it is though. At least not in Australia.
At least not in motoring circles. Instead, we have Stonie.
