1980 was a very good year.  Apart from being a ace race driver, Brock was now a team owner and the builder of custom road cars. All this extra work did nothing to diminish his ability on the track.  He went on take Pole position in all eight ATCC races, become ATCC champion by round 6, take Pole and win the the CRC 250, provide a 1 2 finish in the manufacturers race at Adelaide, win again at Sandown from Pole and murder the opposition  at Bathurst.  This guy likes to keep busy!
